We are proud to announce that we have achieved Mansfield Rule UK Certification Plus for the 2023–2024 period, reaffirming our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal sector. The Plus certification reflects our voluntary provision of detailed data to Diversity Lab, demonstrating both our measurable progress and continued opportunities to improve the inclusivity of our leadership processes.

As a firm that has long championed diversity in the legal profession, we remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering a more equitable and transparent pathway for the advancement of underrepresented lawyers. Mansfield Certification Plus further underscores our efforts to broaden talent pools, we look to ensure that underrepresented lawyers are considered for at least 30% of leadership roles and other critical activities.

Mansfield Certification aims to expand leadership opportunities within law firms by creating transparency and accountability in advancement practices. As part of the certification process, we have actively collaborated with Diversity Lab, engaging in knowledge-sharing, attending expert-led workshops, and refining our internal processes to ensure equal opportunities for all its lawyers.

With the Plus designation, we have taken our commitment to diversity further by voluntarily submitting outcome-based data to Diversity Lab. This transparency enables us to celebrate progress while identifying areas for continued growth.
