Heizkurier Group, a portfolio company of NORD Holding, is expanding its group portfolio with the Swiss Suter Group and is thus positioning itself as the market leader for equipment-as-a-service for mobile heating solutions in the DACH region.
Suter Group is a pioneer in the field of green pellet technology and rents efficient and environmentally friendly hot air and hot water systems to its customers as a one-stop shop. The joint group aims at further internationalisation as well as the expansion of the mobile cooling business.
The facilities for the financing of the acquisition were arranged by Deutsche Bank. The facilities agreement comprises facilities for the acquisition as well as facilities for working capital purposes and for further organic and anorganic growth. Heizkurier was advised by international law firm Taylor Wessing under the lead of Frankfurt Finance Partner Ulf Gosejacob.
