Greenstone+ becomes part of Cority, expanding Cority’s Sustainability and Environmental solutions

We have advised Greenstone+, a leading provider of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions dedicated to the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) sector, on its acquisition by Cority, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo. 

Founded in 2006 as a carbon accounting software business, Greenstone+ evolved to offer comprehensive SaaS-based solutions to enable a full range of sustainability and ESG reporting across the entire value chain. Today, Greenstone delivers its brand promise ‘data that talks to you’ through its award-winning sustainability reporting software and its externally recognized best-of-class customer service. Used by 75,000+ users globally, Greenstone’s solutions enable its clients to gather, manage, analyse and report the data required to fulfil their sustainability and ESG ambitions and goals.
