Taylor Wessing advises one of the Slovakian investors on acquisition of the Shopping Mall Optima

We have advised one of the purchasers, an investor, developer, and operator of shopping malls located in Slovakia with a gross leasable area of more than 150.000 qm, on its joint acquisition of the Shopping Mall Optima in Košice, together with another Slovakian coinvestor.

The total acquisition costs amounted to EUR €118 million, which represents the largest investment transaction in Slovakia so far in 2022.

The Shopping Mall Optima is one of the biggest shopping malls in Slovakia, offering various activities and products, including food, fashion and entertainment.
