The integration of artificial intelligence into business processes is driving efficiency and competitiveness. Concurrently, companies are confronted with intricate issues concerning governance, compliance and liability.

In our webinar, we provide a comprehensive overview of the legal framework, with particular emphasis on the EU AI Act and its interfaces with the GDPR. We demonstrate how companies can proactively address typical risks, such as liability issues and unwanted classification as AI providers, from the outset. In this section, we provide a practical overview of the structures required for the legally compliant use of AI. We also offer guidance on the further steps that companies should take to ensure their use of AI is also compliant.
