Omar is a senior associate in the Private Equity group. He specialises in advising private equity houses, their portfolio companies and management teams on UK and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings across a range of industry sectors. Omar also advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions and general company law/governance matters.
