Nikolai is a member of the Trademarks, Advertising & Design Practice Area. He advises national and international companies in the legal areas of trademarks, designs and competition.
His practice focuses on intellectual property rights including registration, administration and monitoring of trademarks, representing clients before the competent authorities and managing infringement litigation. In competition law he advises on advertising campaigns and illegal product imitation.
