Laura Ngan

Laura is a (junior) associate in the Commercial Real Estate department in Taylor Wessing Paris.

She is involved in (commercial) real estate transactions (M&A – asset and share deals, sale in the state of future completion, forward sales), asset management (commercial leases, long term leases, asset and property management agreements) and real estate financing.

Currently she is specializing in the sector logistics and the hospitality sector.

Laura assists local and international clients in the due diligence review phase, the negotiation and drafting of legal documents.

Before joining Taylor Wessing in 2022, Laura has had several internships with highly regarded law firms in Paris.
