We have advised Rezolve AI on its acquisition of Subsquid, creating a single intelligent commerce infrastructure.

Rezolve AI is a global leader in AI-driven commerce providing retailers and brands with proprietary technology that powers search, personalization, checkout, and omni-channel engagement.

It has acquired Subsquid, a leading decentralised data-infrastructure platform powering Web3 and AI innovation. Subsquid’s decentralized data lake and query engine make blockchain data instantly searchable and usable for AI systems.

The acquisition will unite blockchain data science, decentralised data lakes, and digital-asset payment rails into a single intelligent commerce infrastructure, with Subsquid providing the data layer, and Rezolve's proprietary brainpowa LLM providing the intelligence layer.

Having previously acquired Smartpay, the Brazil-based digital-asset payments company, this combined with the acquisition of Subsquid helps to advance Rezolve’s strategy to connect AI, digital-asset payments, and on-chain data infrastructure enabling intelligent, real-time, agentic commerce. These acquisitions mark one of the first major bridges between traditional finance and decentralized data networks, a step toward uniting enterprise-grade AI commerce with the transparency and efficiency of Web3.
