We have advised the shareholders of ATC, the renowned brand in energy efficiency, heating and related automated solutions headquartered in Dublin, on LED Group's acquisition of ATC.
The transaction is subject to CCPC approval.
LED Group is a leading platform for energy transition solutions backed by Oaktree Capital Management.
The deal ensures further diversification of the LED Group's product offering, expanding its presence across the UK and Ireland and strengthening its position in the building electrification and energy transition sectors.
