Karin Pomaizlová named once again in prestigious World Trademark Review ranking

For the fourth time, Taylor Wessing partner Karin Pomaizlová has been named in the prestigious World Trademark Review rankings, every year recognizing attorneys with first-class trademark expertise. Karin Pomaizlová ranked in the GOLD or highest category for the second year in a row. Outside of the individual ranking, the entire Taylor Wessing Czech Republic team also ranked in the same field, earning recognition in the SILVER category.

Karin Pomaizlová is a partner and Head of IP/IT at Taylor Wessing Czech Republic. She has extensive experience in IP enforcement and administration, representing clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EU IPO), the Czech Industrial Property Office, the State Institute for Drug Control and Czech courts. She is also experienced in IP-licensing (especially trademarks, software, and know-how) and issues related to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., advertising regulation, FCPA, compliance, clinical studies and data privacy). In addition, Karin has experience in Dispute Resolution related to unfair competition matters. Karin regularly represents market leaders in the pharmaceutical, technology, fashion, beverage, and other consumer goods industries. In addition, she regularly lectures and conducts seminars on IP/IT issues, e.g., for AmCham, the Corporate Lawyers Union, Marques. Karin is a member of Marques and Lidc. She was also the president of the Czech branch of the Licensing Executives Society.
