Taylor Wessing advised the shareholders of Munich-based mobileX AG on the sale of all shares to Solvares Group, a European leading provider of resource optimisation. The transaction was led by Taylor Wessing partner
Stephan Heinemann and completed on 6 July 2022.

Founded in 2000, mobileX AG is a premium provider of field service management solutions and maintenance software. With cloud-based applications, it supports, among others, the optimisation of processes in the area of technical customer service and maintenance. The mobileX clientele includes companies such as TK Elevators, Melitta, MVV, M-net and Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe.
With the acquisition of mobileX AG, the Solvares Group and its investment partner Deutsche Beteiligungs AG have successfully continued their chosen product and growth path.
