Taylor Wessing is opening an in-house GP clinic for all UK partners and employees in London. The clinic, which will be available from Tuesday 8 May 2018, will be run in partnership with The Harley Street General Practice, with two surgeries per week and two dedicated doctors.
Managing Partner Tim Eyles said: "We've had so much positive feedback from our people since our recent mental resilience training with a clinical psychologist, as well as the provision of mental health first aiders in February this year. Taking a supportive approach to wellbeing in the workplace is of paramount importance to us and I think our people will really see the benefit in having more accessible support."

This is the third initiative Taylor Wessing has implemented as part of its commitment to reduce the stigma around mental health and ensure the wellbeing of its employees.
The firm also launched an initiative to provide a full team of mental health first aiders in February 2018 and has now trained 20 individuals officially accredited by Mental Health First Aid England. Additionally, a suite of mental resilience training is provided by clinical psychologist Dr Bill Mitchell, and is one of the firm's most successful training initiatives to date.
