Webinar: Balance in Business – the International Perspective

Gender diversity is more important now than ever before. Ensuring equal representation of women in the workplace is proven to have positive effects across the entire organisation, but it can be particularly challenging for those running global businesses to ensure that gender diversity is prioritised globally. In light of the events of 2020, businesses are also focused on the removal of the unique barriers faced by BAME women.

As part of our commitment to promoting gender diversity, we hosted our webinar: Balance in Business – the International Perspective.

Our panel of international employment lawyers from the UK, mainland Europe, Dubai and Hong Kong are exploring legal challenges and recent legal developments in their respective jurisdictions.

We're excited to be joined by two international HR Directors who are giving us their views on implementing gender diversity in practice. The chair of our international Balance in Business committee is also giving her perspective on the progress we have made here at Taylor Wessing.
