We are pleased to invite you, together with Norlys Energy Trading, to a specialist event on current issues in energy trading at Taylor Wessing's Hamburg offices. In concise keynote presentations, experts from industry and law will shed light on key developments shaping European energy markets.
The focus is on current economic, legal and technical developments in energy trading, the marketing of renewable energies, and related business models. Discussions will cover the future of the EEG framework after 2026, challenges in energy trading, and topics related to the standardisation and use of AI in connection with long-term power purchase agreements (corporate PPAs). The programme will also address the growing role of large electricity consumers – including hyperscale data centres – and how their long-term power procurement and infrastructure planning influence renewable energy investments and the development of power markets.
As a special guest, we welcome Nicolej Krickau, coach of the reigning German handball champions Füchse Berlin, who will share insights from professional sports and leadership experience. A networking dinner will conclude the event.
The event language is German.
