Alexandra has experience advising corporate clients and individuals on mergers and acquisitions and private equity institutions, portfolio companies and management teams on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and investments. BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of prime logistics portfolio

We have advised BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of a seven-asset strong logistics portfolio from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. The platform includes seven logistics assets, totalling 2.18m sq ft. Over 80% of the portfolio is let to tenants such as Sainsburys, British Gas, DSV and Clipper on core logistics parks including Magna Park, Lutterworth, D.I.R.F.T, Hams Hall and Warth Park.
