Ralf specialises in insolvency law, financing and securities, and restructuring business operations for clients. He's a partner in our Restructuring and Insolvency group.

Clients appreciate Ralf's insight and market knowledge. He has more than 15 years of experience working in insolvency law in the Netherlands. Ralf advises trade creditors, asset-based lenders, landlords, suppliers, private equity and distressed debt investors in insolvency and restructuring situations. Ralf is a well known lawyer for contentious insolvency, director liability claims and fraud claims.

Advising Invesco Real Estate on major international partnership with Westmont

We have advised Invesco Real Estate (Invesco), the global real estate investment manager, on its new strategic long-term partnership with Westmont, one of the largest private hotel property owners and operators with approximately 400 hotels in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Westmont will operate and co-invest in the portfolio of 13 IHG branded hotels located in key cities in Germany and the Netherlands.
