She specialises in advising companies on all aspects of brand protection including, in particular, the clearance, filing, prosecution, exploitation and enforcement of trade marks worldwide. Julia also enjoys working on design and domain name disputes. She has particular experience in working with clients in the technology, media and communications industries, as well as financial services and luxury goods.
