Janka Brezániová

Janka is head of the Czech corporate, M&A and employment teams. 

She'll use her extensive experience of M&A and private equity to help make your deal a success.

Janka has advised on numerous transactions across a wide range of industries, both on a domestic and international level.  Janka also works with national and international clients to resolve their employment, pensions and mobility issues. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Janka gained experience in international law firms, including working in Stockholm and London. She is a regular speaker at seminars and co-author of various legal publications.
