Aleš Linhart, Ph.D.

Aleš is a disputes and employment law partner and is also a member of our Environment, Public and Regulatory group. Aleš worked for the Czech government as a member of Commission III for legislation in the area of public law.

Aleš will help you resolve breach of contract disputes. His clients, whom he also represents in employment disputes, mainly come from the consumer and retail, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and industrials and real estate and infrastructure sectors. He has also worked with clients on their development projects, providing legal advice on construction issues and claims.
