Stella´s practice areas include corporate, regulatory and compliance matters, issues pertaining to establishment and operations of foreign invested enterprises, mergers and acquisitions and in particular real estate projects.
She has acted for a large number of multinational companies (most are Fortune 500) and as well as famous Chinese companies in the above practice areas, leading or participating in various aspects of complicated transactions, such as: drafting, negotiating and/or reviewing share or asset transfer agreements, joint venture contracts, articles of association, supply and distribution agreements, conducting due diligence review and preparing due diligence reports, advising on transaction structures, corporate governance and compliance issues etc.
Stella has abundant experience in foreign investment with different channels, organizational forms and in a broad range of industries. She was involved in the whole process of many complex foreign invested projects, from initial negotiation to liquidation and exit from the joint venture.
